Why I Have Not Yet Received the Reimbursement?

Here are three reasons that may cause this problem:

1. A delay of refund

Normally refund will take 7~10 business days to complete after a refund request is confirmed. But it might take longer depending on the bank processing.

2. Chargeback

Once a chargeback is open, it will take a longer time to refund. Your order has been charged back by your bank and the order has been canceled. The funds will be frozen by the payment authority (card issuer/bank/PayPal etc.) until the verdict of the chargeback request has been determined.

3. Buy from third-party

When you buy from a third-party platform such as Apple App Store, Google Play. The purchase information isn't shared with us, thus we are not able to arrange a refund for your order. We're glad to assist you to contact the reseller so that you can request a refund if needed.
