You can go to this link, enter the order number or purchased e-mail, and click on Cancel auto-renew to cancel a yearly renewal manually on our website.
It also offers options to cancel a subscription on the payment platform. You can check which payment method you use and follow the instruction accordingly.

click the link below and click on I want to cancel my recurring payment.
