You can troubleshoot following steps if the payment failed:

  • Make sure you enter the correct credit card information.
  • Double check if your credit card has been expired.
  • Check whether sufficient funds are there on your payment account.
  • You would receive a notification of payment failed from your bank with detailed information. Contact the bank for further help.
