How to Backup and Restore Phone WhatsApp Messages?

Would you like to back up your iOS WhatsApp and restore it to an Android device? MobileTrans supports the backup of the iOS WhatsApp and restores it to your Android phone, and vice versa. You can do the complete process in steps.

Step 1. Launch MobileTrans on your computer

Firstly launch MobileTrans and pick the “Backup & Restore” option from its home. MobileTrans will load 4 different data types that you can back up.

Step 2. Connect your iPhone/Android phone to a computer

Connect your iPhone/Android phone to the computer. Go to Backup & Restore > App Backup & Restore. Then choose WhatsApp.

Step 3. Start backup

Now, click on the "Start" button. For the iPhone, you don't need to do anything else during backup.

On the Android device, the software will prompt you how to back up in detail after you click on "Start". You can see popup windows like these images.

When you see this window, you go to operate on an Android phone and back up WhatsApp to your Android's local storage.

Please log in to WhatsApp on the Android device and restore WhatsApp data from the phone's internal storage.

Step 4. Backup completed

Keep your phone connected during the entire backup process. You'll see this on the software after it completes the backup.

Step 4. Restore WhatsApp messages

Find out the WhatsApp backup record and click to restore to your phone.

You just wait until it completes converting data to a destination phone. You will see a window like the image below after it completes the restore.
