How to Do When MobileTrans Wrongly Recognizes My Phone?

Don’t worry if the phone displays wrongly in MobileTrans software.

Check if you plug two or more mobile phones to computer. Make sure you connect only one phone with your computer.

If it doesn't work, contact our support team for further assistance. Send the log file to our support team and the correct model of your phone to fix the issue effectively.
