If you fail to transfer from phone to phone directly, you can try the other way. Back up phone data firstly and restore to target phone.
It differs when you transfer from iPhone to Android, and from Android to iPhone. In former, MobileTrans can recognize decrypted iTunes backup you’ve ever made for your iPhone. Connect the destination phone and then click "Start" to restore from iTunes backup to Android device.
