What Can I Do When My iPhone Doesn't Connect with MobileTrans?
Can you make sure your iOS device is working fine?
If yes, troubleshoot with the following steps for your iPhone or iPad.
Make sure you enter your passcode, if you have one, to unlock your iOS device.
Tap "Trust" when you see "Trust this computer" on iOS device.
If the Trust alert doesn't appear on your iOS device, re-plug the device to pc. You can also re-start the iOS device and computer.
After all steps are completed, the iOS device will be connected with MobileTrans software.
