What to Do When My Android Phone Fails to Connect with MobileTrans?

No matter what third-party software you use, you must enable USB debugging on android phones to connect with the software. It's easy to enable the option after you go into developer options on your phone. It will be permitted to access and transfer phone data after you enable the option. Please follow the detailed steps below to solve the issue.

Step 1

Make sure you enable USB debugging on the phone. Different phones has different ways to enable. Look at here:

Note: For Xiaomi phones, you have to enable both USB debugging and check "Install Via USB" option on Xiaomi. For LG phones, please firstly install LG drivers from LG website on your computer.

Step 2

Change the USB connection mode if you've already enabled USB debugging. You will see three USB options as the image below. It differs for Android models. Select either one and view if the connection works on MobileTrans software.

Step 3

Look at the phone screen and authorize the pc. Please check "Always allow from this computer" in the popup window.

If above tips don't work, please take a screenshot of mobiletrans software and send the log file to us to solve the issue effectively.
