How To Fix When It Doesn't Detect MobileTrans Backup Automatically?

For MobileTrans Backups

You can select to add the backup manually if it's not detected. Choose the file path and select the backup to add it to the list. The backup file is of .bak extension. Here is an image of how to find the backup file path on your pc. Click on Menu > Settings and it promts the Backup folder location.

For iTunes Backups

Please go to your computer and check if the iTunes backup is stored on the computer.

Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

Windows 7/8/10: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

For iCloud Backups

MobileTrans will download the iCloud backup after you sign in with your iCloud account. Go to iCloud website to see if the backups are there.

Mac: Go to Apple menu > System Preferences and Click iCloud > Manage. Select Backups.

Windows: Open iCloud for Windows > Click Storage and select Backup.

Note: The iCloud backup restore function will be added soon.
