How to Fix It When MobileTrans Fails to Load All Data from My Source Phone?

Generally, MobileTrans will load all current phone data from the source phone. For videos on iOS devices, our software will detect the video files in the Videos App. It won't load the videos made by camera on iOS devices.

If MobileTrans loads wrong quantity for some file type, we welcome you to contact our technical support team and send a log file to figure out the issue. Our team will assist to fix the issue as soon as possible.
