How to turn on Reachability on iPhone?

Reachability lowers the top half of the iPhone screen so you can tap controls near the top without changing your grip.

Options
  • On Face ID models, Reachability is usually triggered by swiping down on the bottom edge.
  • On Home button models, it is triggered by lightly double-tapping the Home button.
  • If it does not work, the feature may be turned off in Settings.
Best Choice
  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch.
  2. Turn on Reachability.
  3. Try the gesture that matches your iPhone model.
  4. Tap the upper half of the screen to return to normal view.
Pro Tip

Reachability works especially well with one-handed keyboard mode. Together, they make large iPhones much easier to use with one hand.
