How to change the Quick Settings panel on a Samsung phone

You can customize Samsung Quick Settings in a minute by opening the full panel, tapping Edit, and dragging the tiles you use most. On newer One UI versions, the layout may look different, but the edit option is still in the expanded panel.

Steps
  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open the full Quick Settings panel.
  2. Tap the Edit, pencil, or more-options menu, depending on your One UI version.
  3. Drag tiles to add, remove, or reorder the controls you want easiest access to.
  4. Tap Done or Save, and then test the panel to confirm the new layout works for you.
Quick Checks
  • Long-press a tile if you want to open its full settings page right away.
  • On some newer Galaxy phones, notifications and Quick Settings appear in separate panels.
  • A few carrier or device-specific tiles may be fixed and cannot be removed.
Tips
  • Put your most-used controls, like Wi-Fi or Power saving, on the first page for fewer swipes.
  • If a tile is missing, update your phone and check whether that feature is supported on your model.
  • Menu names can vary slightly by model, carrier, or One UI version.
