• Step 1: Download the LINE application from Apple Store or Google Play Store. You can refer to the LINE application’s icon below when searching for it.

• Step 2: Open the app and click SIGN UP.

• Step 3: You will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy by ticking it. Then, you have to enter your phone number and click the arrow.
• Step 4: You will receive a verification code via SMS and enter that code in LINE app.
• Step 5: After, you can choose and tap, No, create a new account.
• Step 6: You can then enter a name and upload a profile photo. Once done, click the arrow to go to the next page.
• Step 7: Create a password for your account and click the arrow. 
• Step 8: You can now have the option to add your friends to your contact list. Once done, you can click the arrow to finish signing up.

You can follow the first three steps of creating a new account with a phone number. However, instead of a number you will register using your Facebook account and add your friends there as well.

• Step 1: Download the LINE application from Apple Store or Google Play Store.
• Step 2: Open the app and click SIGN UP.
• Step 3: You will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy by ticking it. Instead of putting your phone number, click the Login with Facebook option at the bottom of the screen as below.

• Step 4: Then you will be asked to fill in your preferred username to register under your Facebook Account. Once filled, you can tap Register.
• Step 5: Then LINE app will start syncing your account with your Facebook. Voila, you have your LINE account made!

Option 2: Creating a LINE account using your PC/Computer

Here is another option for those who do not want to use their phone number to create a LINE account. You can sign up as well using your PC. You can follow the steps below to create your own LINE account using only your PC and a program called Bluestacks.

• Step 1: Before creating an account, you must make sure that you have downloaded Bluestacks on your PC. You can download Bluestacks from their website at https://www.bluestacks.com/th/index.html.
• Step 2: Install the Bluestacks application and follow the next steps. Once done, you can open the Bluestacks application.
• Step 3: Search for a LINE application in the simulator and install the LINE app from there. Once done, you can then follow the next steps by choosing your country and putting the number to register your account.

Option 3: Creating a LINE account using your email address

Registering using your email is another option you can choose to create your LINE account. You can do so by following the steps below.

•  Step 1: Open the LINE application through your PC.
