Step 1: Download Samsung Kies from the Samsung website and install it on your computer.
Step 2: Plug your Samsung Galaxy phone into the computer with the original USB cable.

But, the target device must be a Samsung phone. In other words, Smart Switch does not allow you to transfer data from Samsung to iPhone or other Android phones. Also, to use Smart Switch, your phone must run Android 4.3 or iOS 4.2.1 or later.
Step 1:Use a USB cord to connect your Samsung phone to a PC.
Step 2: Ensure that your Samsung device has USB debugging enabled.
Step 3: Download Samsung Smart Switch on PC. You'll see your phone in the following interface as soon as it's been scanned.
